The Excitement is Building!

That’s the trending phrase around Stark County and East Central Ohio as we proudly present our annual Parade of Homes. This popular event returns September 16th – 24th and features six beautiful new homes all on one street for your enjoyment. The Parade is a great way to discover the latest in new home design, technology, green building, interior design, and landscaping.

The 2023 Parade builders are Grisez Homes, Hostetler Family Homes (2), Lawver Homes, Patrick Long Homes and Rea Custom Homes.

The Woodlands in Hartville is located on Woodland St SW in Hartville and near the center of much activity, Lake School District, YMCA, and shopping.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 3:00-7:00 pm. Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday – Noon-7:00 pm.

Admission is $6.00. Pay at the Admissions Tent. Children under 12 are free.
